Project Description
Start Date: 03/01/2000 - Completed: 12/01/2006
A 6 year project complete with wood and plaster renovation throughout facility. Lead abatement (basement). Gold-leafing to accentuate plaster throughout the facilities. Refinished all hardwood flooring. Refinished stair treds & risers, ballasters and handrails throughout multiple stairwells. Approximately 80% of plaster and wood in this 1 city square block area has been renovated.
